Online psychiatric consultation
Last updated 30 September 2026.
If you can't get to Amritsar, or would rather talk from home, we can meet on a private video call. It is the same care as at the clinic.
It works well for
- Anxiety, stress and sleep problems
- Depression and low mood
- Follow-up visits after a clinic appointment
- People living away from Amritsar, including elsewhere in India
- Anyone who finds it easier to talk from home
When it’s worth coming in
- You would like a psychiatrist's opinion without travelling
- You need regular follow-up and live far from the clinic
How I can help
You book a time and receive a private Google Meet link with your confirmation. Please join from a quiet room where you won't be overheard.
Prescriptions, where appropriate, are sent to you after the consultation. Some medicines can't be prescribed by video under India's telemedicine rules; if you need one of those, we will arrange to meet at the clinic.
Video consultations are not suitable for emergencies. If you or someone with you is in immediate danger, go to the nearest emergency department, or call Tele-MANAS on 14416.

English, Hindi, Punjabi or Telugu.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Google Meet opens in the browser on a phone or computer; on a phone, the Meet app is a little smoother.
